Capture the whole transaction table
Use a straight, well-lit image with readable text. Include column headings, dates and page order; avoid glare, shadows, tilted photos and cropped amounts. Upload an original bank PDF instead when one is available.
Check OCR results against your image
Pay special attention to decimal points, minus signs, similar digits and debit or credit columns. Review transaction references and repeated rows across images. Correct uncertain entries before using the export.
Use JSON in your data workflow
JSON export requires a plan that includes it. The file contains workspaceId and a transactions array keyed by the transaction export headers. Inspect a sample before writing transformations; this is a statement export, not a general image-to-JSON API.
