Bank Statement Image to CSV Converter

Capture the whole transaction table
Use a straight, well-lit image with readable text. Include column headings, dates and page order; avoid glare, shadows, tilted photos and cropped amounts. Upload an original bank PDF instead when one is available.
Check OCR results against your image
Pay special attention to decimal points, minus signs, similar digits and debit or credit columns. Review transaction references and repeated rows across images. Correct uncertain entries before using the export.
Import a CSV table
Open the file with UTF-8 and check date and decimal formats. CSV has no workbook styling or formulas. Test the receiving application's column mapping and duplicate handling before importing.
