Providers and information

Supabase

Account authentication, database and private file storage. Handles account details, workspace records, uploaded files and extracted data. The primary Bankverto database is hosted in India. Supabase privacy notice · Processing terms.

Vercel

Application hosting, processing services and job delivery. Handles service requests and the data needed to execute the requested processing. Hosting or operational processing may take place outside India. Vercel privacy notice · Processing terms.

Cloudflare Workers AI

Transaction-description enrichment and optional AI answers. Receives selected narration and merchant context; an optional AI answer also sends your question and selected summaries. Reference redaction can leave names and other personal information. We do not send the original full PDF for text enrichment. Workers AI data use.

Razorpay

Payment checkout and subscription processing when used. Receives information required for payment and provides payment references/status to Bankverto. Razorpay also handles information under its own legal and payment obligations; it is not a subprocessor for every activity it performs. Razorpay privacy notice.

Professional and regulated records

A CA practice determines the purposes for its client processing and which members may access the records. If you need controller–processor terms, a US financial-services vendor contract, a transfer assessment or a particular residency arrangement, contact us before uploading those records. A provider’s public terms or certification does not establish that Bankverto has completed your required agreement.

Locations and onward providers

The primary database location does not describe every place data may be processed. Providers may use their own infrastructure and onward providers under their terms. Ask us for the processing details relevant to your intended use; do not assume information remains in your country or that a required international transfer safeguard has already been completed.

Questions and changes

Use the privacy contact for provider questions or an objection concerning a proposed use. Any notice, authorization or objection procedure in a separately agreed processing contract also applies. The Privacy Policy explains processing choices, deletion and rights requests.
