Bring your statement
Upload a bank statement PDF, readable photo or scan, or a supported bank download. Keep all pages, dates and headings visible.
PDFs · Photos · Bank filesEVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
Turn bank statements into useful records, understand your money and keep client work organised. Here’s what you can do with Bankverto—without the complicated language.
What’s available depends on your workspace and plan. All examples below use sample figures.
01 / BANK STATEMENTS
Start with a file from your bank. Check the results, then save the transactions in a format that works for you.
Upload a bank statement PDF, readable photo or scan, or a supported bank download. Keep all pages, dates and headings visible.
PDFs · Photos · Bank filesCompare names, dates, money in, money out and balances with your original. Fix unclear rows before using the results.
Original descriptions keptDownload a spreadsheet to sort and share, a simple table for compatible imports, or structured data when your plan includes it.
Excel · CSV · JSON*CHOOSE WHAT SUITS YOU
For everyday use, a spreadsheet is often enough. If you’re moving records into another program, check which kind of file it accepts.
Explore the converterExcel makes it easy to sort, filter and work through transactions.
CSV keeps the values in rows and columns without workbook formatting.
JSON is for programs that need transaction details in a structured file. It is not a public conversion API.
*JSON export and some other options are available only on eligible plans. This is a bank-statement workflow, not a converter for unrelated documents. Photos and scans require careful checking.
02 / YOUR FINANCES
Everything here lives in the Personal Finance workspace. Your financial accounts and currencies stay in context.
Browse spending by category, date and account. Review recurring payments and subscriptions, or combine accounts when the currencies make sense.
Set a spending limit and see what is left. Plan savings goals and yearly bills too. Account transfers and linked refunds are handled separately.
Enter dated values for savings, property, loans and other items. See your net worth without treating estimates as live balances.
Store your bank, card and wallet statements under the right account. Find past records without mixing everything together.
Explore money in, money out, spending patterns and financial reports for the dates you choose.
Use Money Assistant to ask about processed financial activity when your plan offers it. AI answers should still be checked.
Choose a spending limit for a category or for all everyday spending. See how much remains, check linked refunds and account transfers, and review earlier months as available on your plan.
Enter dated assets and debts to see a manual net worth snapshot by currency. Savings goals are not counted twice. Optional debt estimates use the rates and payments you provide—not live lender data.
03 / CLIENT WORK
Designed for chartered accountants, bookkeepers and practices that need each client’s bank records organised and reviewed.
Keep a client’s statements, periods and transactions together in the correct practice workspace.
Check uncertain rows and original bank descriptions before reconciliation or bookkeeping.
Enter invoice information, review outstanding amounts and match eligible payments to transactions.
Save recurring name corrections and choose the accounting account for a transaction category before exporting.
Choose workspace access levels for your team and review a history of important changes where your plan allows it.
Review practice activity, prepare reports and download checked records for your accounting workflow where included in your plan.
Bankverto helps organise and prepare records. It does not certify statements, automatically file returns or guarantee another accounting system’s import will work without checking.
GOOD TO KNOW
Need more detail before uploading something important? These are the things worth checking.
Bankverto works with supported bank statement PDFs, readable JPG or PNG images, spreadsheets and some native bank export files. Use the original statement from your bank when possible. This is for bank statements rather than every kind of document.
No. If you simply want to review or share a table of transactions, start with a spreadsheet. Excel is a formatted workbook; CSV is a simpler table for compatible imports. JSON is mainly for structured data work and is available only on eligible plans.
A clear photo or scan can be processed when the format is supported. Include the full page, column headings and dates, and check every important amount against the original. Blurry images, missing rows and cropped balances can lead to errors.
Bankverto starts with the statement files you upload. Budgets and insights use reviewed records, while net worth planning uses balances you enter manually. It is not a live bank-account or investment-price feed.
Yes. The CA Workspace groups client records and includes review and accounting preparation tools. Permissions, allowances and some features depend on the practice plan. It does not replace professional judgement or automatically submit tax returns.
